I can’t help but go all out with sessions of my nieces. I’m kinda biased and think they’re the CUTEST little girls in the world (other than my own of course. 😉 ).

Their parents just happen to be the coolest people in the entire world and every time I get an idea they say “absolutely, let’s do it!” So when I told them about my idea for this session they were more than willing. I had it all planned out in my brain and it turned out even better than I expected. The girls were absolutely perfect and full of energy. It was so much fun!!

Happy Birthday Miss “L”. I love you and your sister SO SO much.

*oh and because I’ve already gotten messages on facebook and I’m sure I will get emails for posting this; no babies were put in harms way in the making of this photo. It is merely photoshop magic. Do not try this at home. Miss L was safe the ENTIRE time during the session. Enjoy!!

I’ve been waiting for for my gorgeous friend Shae to find the perfect man who would eventually become her husband. She finally found him and he is PERFECT for her. Watching the two of them interact during our session proved that. You know he’s a good guy when he’s willing to skip super bowl Sunday to have engagement photos done. Not to mention put up with my insane ideas. 😉

As her friend I couldn’t be happier that she chose me to do her engagement and wedding photos.  I had an absolute blast photographing them and I cannot wait for their wedding!!

HUGE congrats Max and Shae. I am so excited for your new life together!!!!

In any given week I’m photographing everything from newborns, commercial work, engagements, families, to weddings. There’s never a dull moment around here, that’s for sure. Often times I don’t feel like I have a distinct style since my work varies so much. I’ve found over the years that I don’t like doing the same exact thing over and over so every session I like to create something entirely new for each client. My constant evolving keeps me challenged and I love my job more and more every day.

This is the quote I have as the background on my computer:

“Be daring, be different, be anything that will assert integrity of purpose and imaginative vision against the play-it-safers…“

Here’s some recent favorites I’ve posted on Facebook but haven’t taken the time to post yet. I hope you enjoy!!

Bass and Shanna got married at Gorge-ous weddings at the Wind Mountain Ranch this September. I had the busiest wedding season to date, so I’m behind on posting all these beautiful weddings but hey, better late than never, right?? It has taken me over a month to select favorites to post of this wedding. It was absolute perfection and behind every one of these images are dozens more that tell more of the story. Since I can only post so many images I tried my hardest to narrow it down to these favorites…

Thank you SO much Bass and Shanna for having me photograph your perfect day. Another huge thanks to Amanda Wilson for second shooting with me (you rock chicka!!!).

Here’s the gorgeous photos!!!!
