My name is Jenica. I’m the owner and photographer for Lemondrops Photograpy. I’m a photographer based in Longview, WA. I specialize in custom portraiture for maternity, newborn, babies, kids, children, families, seniors, weddings and event photography. Lemondrops Photography serves all areas of Cowlitz County including Kelso, Castle Rock, Kalama, Toledo, Toutle, Vancouver and Portland, OR.
I’m an on-location photographer, which means I will meet you at a park, the beach, or even in the comfort of your own home. Basically I come to YOU. A portable studio is available for situations where studio work is required and necessary. I recommend doing photos of babies under six months indoors whenever possible. Especially with our cool Northwest weather.
Unlike your typical studio, I am not on a time schedule. I take my time and things are never rushed. Kids and adults alike sometimes need to take a break during photo sessions.
My style is “lifestyle photography” which means I try to capture real life instead of uncomfortable poses and formal shots. I like to capture kids’ real smiles, moms kissing their babies, dads playing catch with their sons, and families enjoying each other. Those moments that make life beautiful.
