Archive for Seniors

Quick sneak peak for this lovely young lady from Mark Morris High School. We met up at the lake to start out with and then hit up some other fun locations around town for her senior portrait session. We feared rain all week, but it ended up being a a perfect (yet chilly) day!!

Thanks for having me do your senior pics and I hope you enjoy the preview!

My absolute favorite!!

Aryn is totally an awesome girl!!! I’m mentoring her for her senior project on photography, so it was even more fun to do her session since we’ve already met.

We had her session out in Kalama and it was a blast! It’s nice to be getting back into the swing of things with senior sessions after a summer of weddings. I really enjoy seniors and have fun photographing them. Of course it’s really nice when they’re fun!!!

Thank you so much for having me do your photos, Aryn. I hope you love them as much as I do!!

(is that even cool to say anymore? I think I’m getting old)

asb5These are definitely in my top favorites of favorite all time sports photos.

Wow. Mouthful.

asb6Thank you Aryn!!!! You’re totally gorgeous!!!

I wish every person I worked with was as comfortable in their own skin as Miranda. Not only is she beautiful, she has this amazing confidence. I have no doubt that Miranda will be a successful person in whatever she decides to do after high school. She  was so easy to photograph and I had a wonderful Saturday morning working with her.

If you or anyone else is considering getting your senior pictures done, don’t wait!!! Fall is my absolute favorite time of year for senior pictures and the weather is typically better than in the spring. I do still have some spots left for October, so give me a call!

I hope you like the preview!!!

My most recent session fit along well with my newest favorite song. I saw a really good performance on America’s Got Talent. The song and dance captivated me. The song was “Jai Ho (you are my destiny)” by the Pussycat Dolls. It’s totally catchy and I keep playing it over and over. LOL!

Destinee was my session on Thursday morning. She turned 16 this weekend and we celebrated this landmark birthday by having a photo session. She’s absolutely gorgeous and I wouldn’t be surprised if she has guys knocking down her door.

Happy Birthday Destinee!!!  I hope you enjoy your preview!

okay and the You Tube Video I totally love.

(Destinee totally looks like the lead singer from the band. Awesome.)

This is Micah. He’s the uncle of this little guy. We did their sessions in the same afternoon to make it easier since they traveled from Vancouver to have their photos taken (makes me feel so special!!!).

Micah is autistic but you’d never know by looking at these pictures. He brings such joy to those around him. He is graduating this year and wanted to have the senior photo experience that everyone else gets.  I think he had fun being a supermodel. So much in fact that his family now teases him about going into modeling!!

This was the first time I photographed someone so special. I didn’t find it difficult at all. He’s just like any other guy and I think he even enjoys life a little bit more than the rest of us. It was really easy to get a good laugh out of him.

Thank you Micah for a great experience. You were awesome!!!
