I have to admit, this wedding was hard to blog. Not because I didn’t like it, but because I loved it so much I could barely narrow down images to show. Heidi and Barry are one of the coolest couples I’ve had the pleasure of photographing. They have an amazing relationship and their sense of humor is right in line with mine. SO MUCH FUN!!!!! Not to mention their wedding was amazing with all the details, the location, and their entire wedding party was so much fun. I’m pretty sure I completely overwhelmed them with images when I sent their DVD’s to them!!
The ceremony and reception was at the Fort George Brewery in Astoria, Oregon. Holy smokes what an AWESOME venue. We had rain the first hour for formal photos which led to some pretty amazing, creative shots. God was listening to my prayers for a break in the weather and we got some amazing outdoor photos as well.
I could NOT have done this without my amazing second shooter Amanda Wilson (She rocks!!!!!) Some of these fantastic images are by her.

Yes, it was an AMAZING wedding, but then, Heidi and Barry are an amazing couple! The photographs are beautiful and capture perfectly the beautiful and romantic ceremony as well as the beginning of their new life together. I am blessed to be a small part of their lives.
